The webinars are open to everyone and anyone around the globe. Typically, we receive more proportion of the beginner-level audience that’s why we prefer to have a topic that is relevant and easy to understand for our audience.

• Typically, we host the events on Wednesdays at noon Pacific. We are flexible and can accommodate a time that works best with your schedule if needed.
• We block off 1 hour for the webinar. Presentations should be around 30-45 minutes and we save 15 minutes (max) for questions.
• Speakers are required to send us the following marketing material before deciding on a date for the webinar:
• Title of Presentation
• Short Summary
• Speaker Bio
• Presenter Headshot(s)
• We decide on a date 4-6 weeks ahead for Marketing purposes.

We conduct webinars on Zoom with live streaming on YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. We record these webinars and make them available to access for anyone from our website or YouTube.
